Daughter of two great flamenco artists, Carmen Mora and Mario Maya, she is one of the most important dancers of the current state of this art.
She was one of the first dancers while maintaining the purity of flamenco introduced techniques and nuances of contemporary dance. Only someone with such authentic roots and with such impeccable technique can achieve that fusion without losing the flamencura.
In Catalonia she is especially appreciated for her collaborations with the famous Catalan singer Mayte Martin.
Together with Juan Carlos Lérida, she was placed in charge of programming the first cycle of Contemporary Flamenco at The Mercat de les Flors in Spain.
In the 2009/2010 season she opens with another great dancer of the moment Pericet Olga, who we also hope to have soon in Cordobes in the show "Bailes alegres para personas tristes” (Happy dances for sad people).
