Cordobes continues its program, loyal to its values of the best flamenco. "The Aristocracy of Flamenco" is a cycle that by the quality and fame of artists from two different generations, converts the Cordobes in the unquestionable heir of the most important and historical tablaos of Spain.
This stage has been a reference of authenticity for more then 40 years, in which we have demonstrated that the authentic, besides being fun, can be really emotional when is for real; and "The Aristocracy of Flamenco" is a big adventure that the audience experience in order to discover a art that represents a Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

"This show is a tribute to all the artists that in some way have opened the way to new horizons, enriching us with the contribution of other influences.
Some artists did it by travelling to foreign countries where they learned about new cultures giving place for the first fusions that gave rise to the “flamenco song back and forth” and eventuallly, to the wonderful “Cuplés by Bulerías”.
Other artists, however, had the need to investigate the technique of other performing arts, which was the begining of the first flamenco shows in the song-cafés, including the piano with the flamenco song, using Spanish classical choreography or reciting soleá.
All these manifestations have contributed to what is now known as flamenco and its increasing popularity. Despite the time elapsed, the small shrines of flamenco remain and remind us of the essence of this universal art.
Nowadays they still keep small shrines of the flamenco in order to not forget about the origin and to continue with our essence.
"With this show I want to thank especially "El Cordobés", tablao that after 40 succesfull years still is maintaining the essence of yesterday and helping the continuity of tomorrow."
