The singer from Triana, Remedios Amaya, will perform in the Tablao Cordobes until next 7th of February together with her family

In the cycle ‘The Aristocracy of Flamenco’ (II) the singer from Triana REMEDIOS AMAYA opened up yesterday, Monday, 23rd of January at Tablao Cordobés, her show together with her brother Luis and the group Las Peligro formed by her sisters Carmen and Joaquina and her daughter Samara Amaya.

Remedios Amaya gave her body and her soul to the show and cheered the public a huge dosis of the purest and most authentic flamenco.

The show is the beginning of a one hour twenty minute-show, that will continue until next tuesday, 7th of February. On it, Remedios is well accompanied by a impressive list of artists, as, for example, the guitar players David Cerreduela and El Tuto, and the dancers Iván Alcalá and El Pelón.

Also perform in the show the dancers Claudia Cruz and Susana Escoda, the guitar player Juan Diego Mateos, and in the first line of singers, besides Las Peligro, are: Antonio Rubio de Pruna, Antonio ‘Bocaillo’ and El Coco.

The “palos alegres” (happy poles – spanish expression) that allows Remedios Amaya to take her genius out: “bulerías”, “tangos”, “alegrías”… but also dominates with facility other styles like “soleá” or “seguiriya”.

She was one of the favorite singers of Camarón de la Isla, who she worked with in many occasions.
